A collection of nutjobs in Kansas is mounting a drive to have November 4 declared a national holiday in honor of Barack Hussein Obama.
Via Michelle Malkin from the Topeka Capital-Journal:
“Yes We Can” planning rallies will be at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. every Tuesday at the downtown McDonald’s restaurant, 1100 Kansas Ave., until Jan. 13. The goals are to secure a national holiday in Obama’s honor, to organize celebrations around his inauguration and to celebrate the 200th birthday of President Abraham Lincoln, who was born on Feb. 12 1809.
I’m with the commenter at the Topeka Capital-Journal who said:
I once thought it was required that a person be dead before they are memorialized. Oh, but we’re speaking of the Savior, The Chosen One.

Since Presidents’ Day occurs during Black History Month, don’t they already have their bases covered…twice? And, will they be serving marble cake at the McDonalds?
