This is clearly not happening in Minnesota, any more than it happened in the state of Washington in the gubernatorial election in 2004. Votes are turning up as "corrections" in districts that are heavily dominated by Democrats. "Oops, we goofed in counting." Who honestly believes that, unless you've consumed the Kool-Aid? The Republicans deserves, quite frankly, to have this seat stolen from them, since they are a bunch of mealy-mouthed, linguini-spined pansies for not attacked the obvious theft more aggressively but rather sitting back and letting it happen.
