Capper is Chris Liebenthal, human services worker in Milwaukee County, member of AFSCME Local 645. This is Capper:
He’s had his share of issues, shall we say. He’s been investigated for misuse of his Milwaukee County computer to operate political blogs during his work hours on the taxpayers’ dime. Right now, he is facing disciplinary action — suspension — for those actions. He fell for a hoax that purported to tie Arizona gunman Jared Lee Loughner, an unhinged lefty moonbat and 9/11 Troofer, was a registered Republican.
I don’t know Chris. Never met him. Have nothing against him personally. He operates a lefty blog called Cognitive Dissonance, which I have in my From The Left – Wisconsin blogroll. I consider him a must read for anyone who wants to get an accurate picture of the Left in Wisconsin.
Capper took exception to this post, which I put up yesterday, labeling the AFSCME thugs and goons, well, thugs and goons and accused them of racketeering and extortion for their attacks on small businesses in Union Grove. He chose to show his usual level of class with this pair of gems left in my comments queue. WARNING: Adult language ahead! Click to enlarge.
What’s more, the times that each comment was posted makes me wonder if Capper wasn’t working on my dime — yes, mine, since even though I do not live in Milwaukee County, state tax dollars flow into the country so by extension, I paid for this ad hominem personal attack.
The first comment was posted at 8:31 a.m., the second at 8:35 a.m. Unless he reported in late to work this morning, those times would seem to be during the normal working hours for a Milwaukee County employee. That would not be a first for Mr. Liebenthal.
My point is, the Left has demanded a new tone and civility from our side yet one of their most prominent faces in Wisconsin has no problem telling me “F*** you” and calling me a “F***ing a**hole” simply because I am calling his union out for borderline criminal behavior.
I have chosen to publish the comments and let Capper’s words speak for themselves. Unfortunately, they are representative of the criminal class we are fighting both in Wisconsin and across America.
“Borderline” criminal behavior? These guys make Tony Soprano look like a pillar of the community.

Tony Soprano at least would send Paulie Walnuts out in person to talk to you. Paulie can be more convincince than thugs from WEAC, SEIU or AFSCME.

@Jim: Your point is? I revealed one of yours to be what most of us knew he was. And more, left that garbage on this blog using resources I pay for and on time for which he is being compensated by … me.
Seems to me that someone who uses UC’s own tax dollars to insult him on his own property (this blog) is indeed committing an offense against him that most of us would recognize as theft.
But then, I wouldn’t expect a theftist apologist to understand about such things as private property.

I wouldn’t be so sure it’s Capper. I had a similar experience that didn’t pan out. You don’t show the IPs even though I know they come up on wordpress. I bet you’d find it was foreign from one of the proxy services available online.
Someone has a nasty sense of self, but I’m not pinning this one on Chris unless you can prove it.
@jimspice: I have the IP addresses. They were deliberately blocked out in the JPEG on advisement. They are being checked.
Indeed fellow Jim. The false capper has made several appearances on my blog. I have been impersonated as well. Not nearly as often as capper however. I’d call myself the “victim” of impersonations but crying victim is more of a righty thing.
@Cindy: As I noted, everything is being checked. And I mean everything.
@Jim: I know you have been impersonated. I am aware of the false posting at RDW awhile back. And I will post on any further developments as soon as I learn anything.
Folks, I have the IP addresses but was advised by someone I trust to block them. Everything is being check. If this turns out to be someone posting as Chris, I will put up a post exonerating him.
As I said, I have nothing against him. If someone did this posting as him, he deserves a post clearing him. I would expect the same if I were in his shoes.
If you know that there have been rampant impersonations and the IPs are “being checked”, then why wouldn’t you wait until AFTER the results of the check to publish an article accusing Capper of this? Wouldn’t it be more responsible journalism to check the source BEFORE publishing an article?
@Janet: Couple of things … I am not a journalist. Never claimed to be. And, I don’t *know* that there are rampant impersonations. I know it’s being claimed, but given some other things that have been left in my queue with local IPs — things I will not diverge here — I’ve been an offline target of these people for some time now.
I’ve had it. It’s put my personal safety in jeopardy as well as others around me. I am doing some research into all of this, but since this is not a full time pay position — unlike other people — I cannot devote my entire attention to it.
