Found this on Facebook and thought it was worth sharing. Be prepared for a good laugh (Warning: adult language …):
When you occasionally have a really bad day, and you just need to take it out on someone, don’t take it out on someone you know, take it out on someone you don’t know, but who deserves it.
I was sitting at my desk when I remembered a phone call I’d forgotten to make. I found the number and dialed it. A man answered, saying, “Hello?” I politely said, “This is Chris. May I please speak with Robyn Carter?” Suddenly, a manic voice yelled out in my ear, “Get the right fucking number!”, and the phone was slammed down on me. I couldn’t believe that anyone could be so rude. When I tracked down Robyn’s correct number to call her, I found that I had accidentally transposed the last two digits. After hanging up with her, I decided to call the ‘wrong’ number again. When the same guy answered the phone, I yelled “You’re an asshole!” and hung up. I wrote his number down with the word ‘asshole’ next to it, and put it in my desk drawer. Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills or had a really bad day, I’d call him up and yell, “You’re an asshole!” It always cheered me up. When Caller ID was introduced, I thought my therapeutic ‘asshole’ calling would have to stop. So, I called his number and said, “Hi, this is John Smith from the telephone company. I’m calling to see if you’re familiar with our Caller ID Program.” He yelled, “NO!”, and slammed down the phone. I quickly called him back and said, “That’s because you’re an asshole!” and hung up. One day, I was at the store, getting ready to pull into a parking spot. Some guy in a black BMW cut me off and pulled into the spot I had been patiently waiting for. I hit the horn and yelled that I’d been waiting for that spot, but the idiot ignored me. I noticed a ‘For Sale ‘ sign in his back window, so I wrote down his number. A couple of days later, right after calling the first asshole (I had his number on speed dial) I thought that I’d better call the BMW asshole, too. I said, “Is this the man with the black BMW for sale?” He said, “Yes, it is.” I then asked, “Will you tell me where I can see it?” He said, “Yes, I live at 34 Oaktree Blvd in Fairfax. It’s a yellow ranch style house, and the car’s parked right out in front.” I asked, “What’s your name?” He said, “My name is Don Hansen.” I asked, “When’s a good time to catch you, Don?” He said, “I’m home every evening after five.” I said, “Listen, Don, you’re an asshole!” Then I hung up, and added his number to my speed dial, too. Now, when I had a problem, I had two assholes to call. Then I came up with an idea… I called asshole #1. He said, “Hello.” I said, “You’re an asshole!” (But I didn’t hang up.) He asked, “Stop calling me!” I said, “Make me!” He asked, “Who is this?” I said, :My name is Don Hansen.” He said, “Yeah? Where do you live?” I said, “Asshole, I live at 34 Oaktree Blvd in Fairfax. It’s a yellow ranch style home, and I have a black Beamer parked in front.” He said, “I’m coming over right now, Don, and you had better start saying your prayers.” I said, “Yeah, like I’m really scared, asshole!” and hung up. Then, I called Asshole #2. He said, “Hello?” I said, “Hello, Asshole,” He yelled, “If I ever find out who you are, I’ll kick your ass!” I answered, “Well, asshole, here’s your chance. I’m coming over right now.” Then, I hung up, and immediately called the police, saying that I lived at 34 Oaktree Blvd in Fairfax, and that I was about to kill my gay lover. Then, I called Channel 4 News about the gang war going down in Oaktree Blvd in Fairfax. I quickly got into my car and headed over to Fairfax. I got there just in time to watch two assholes beating the crap out of each other in front of six cop cars, a news helicopter and a full news crew.
NOW, I feel much better. Anger management really does work.
… except when it’s Raaaaacist! Yes, there are five a’s in Raaaaacist!
Da unions are steadfastly opposed to requiring photo ID’s in order to vote, claiming they suppress the votes of groups who tend to vote Democrat. Except when it’s in their elections.
In America, one needs an ID to vote in a union election, buy liquor, drive a car, board an airplane, use a credit card and a slew of other things in our society. Yet, the Democratic party refuses to back the idea of requiring an ID to vote in state and federal elections under any circumstances. A sensible voter ID law that respects the rights of the poor, elderly, and minorities is a great idea. What are Democrats afraid of? You connect the dots.
The only people opposed to photo ID at the polls are politicians who benefit from voter fraud and those who support those candidates. Namely Democrats. Everyone — and I mean everyone — has a photo ID, whether they drive or not. One cannot exist in day-to-day life without one. Thanks to the Nanny State, we cannot go into a pharmacy and buy over-the-counter cold medicine without one. We cannot rent DVDs without one. Certain idiotic communities (Hello, Mount Pleasant, Wis.) and certain idiotic supermarket chains (Hello, Roundy’s Pick N Save) will not allow anyone regardless of age to buy liquor without showing an ID. Few stores accept personal checks without ID.
Yet the Left claims this is somehow disenfranchising the poor, minorities and the elderly. Of course, when it comes to disenfranchising the U.S. military, which protects their right to cheat in elections, they have no problem with that. Maybe the so-called poor and minorities should, oh, spend the $20 for an ID instead of the $200 smartphone with the $25 a month data plan or cut back on the cigarettes and liquor and junk food, or not buy the flat-screen TV, etc., and buy the damn photo ID. No, I don’t support having the state make them free to the lazy, indolent freeloaders who cannot prioritize their expenditures.
The Left does not care about the poor, minorities and the elderly actually being able to vote. They care about losing the ability to cheat. The ability to have people show up at the polls on Election Day, claim to be so-and-so and walk in and vote. That includes college students voting multiple times in the places where they attend school as well as casting absentee ballots back home, the various people who vote from vacant lots or are shuttled across the Illinois state line into border communities in Wisconsin and put up in motels in order to qualify to vote then shuttled back, institutions like the flophouse run by State Sen. Lena Taylor and her mother with 36 registered voters in a building zoned for eight occupants, groups like Voces de la Frontera trying to get drivers licenses for illegal aliens in order to get them registered to vote. That doesn’t include the usual suspects involved in busing people around the central cities of America after getting tips from insiders as to who hasn’t voted by a certain time and having those on the bus vote as those people, not to mention the legendary cemetery precincts, which always seem to produce a solid Democrat voting bloc in which even the dead Republicans vote Democrat.
Democrats are hellbent on turning America into a Third World banana republic when it comes to elections and have made significant progress. Stealing the gubernatorial election in the state of Washington in 2004. Stealing a U.S. Senate seat in Minnesota in 2008. Coming within the actions of the U.S. Supreme Court of stealing the presidency in 2000. By most admissions, actually stealing the presidency in 1960 (Chicago: where no election is over until the Bachelor’s Grove precinct reports). The legendary Lyndon B. Johnson House race in Texas where even cattle voted for LBJ. And so on.
The latest modus operandi is to count, recount, recount and recount — finding unsecured boxes and bags of ballots in cloakrooms, car trunks and garages — until the Democrat pulls ahead and then finding a friendly (read: bought-and-paid-for) judge to halt the recount and certify the election. Corrupt totalitarians from Hitler to Castro to Chavez would be impressed. As Stalin once said: “It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.”
I support voter suppression. I support suppressing the votes of dead people, illegal aliens, convicted felons, people voting more than once, people voting as people who haven’t voted, people voting as nonexistent people, people voting from addresses that turn out to be vacant lots, college students voting multiple times, cartoon characters, etc.
Ross mentioned Eric Holder, the Obama Regime’s corrupt Attorney General:
The most lawless attorney general in American history — and I’m including the pathetic John Mitchell in the mix — is visiting Austin, Texas tomorrow.
And guess what? He will be lobbying for vote fraud, supporting a United Nations resolution that is designed to erode the integrity of the ballot box and, ultimately, destroy the United States Constitution.
The NAALCP — the National Association for the Advancement of (Liberal) Colored People — has also called on the U(seless) N(itwits) to interject itself into the American electoral process, claiming the photo ID requirement is — wait for it — Raaaaacist!
Of course. It’s Raaaaacist! to want honest, clean and fair elections. Headdesk:
Beck called GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich a progressive and went so far as to say that in a hypothetical match-up between the former House Speaker and Our Lord and Savior Barack Hussein Obama that anyone who supported Gingrich did so only because Gingrich is white.
In other words, Raaaaacist! Yes, there are five a’s in Raaaaacist!
Beck has been vocal about his dislike for Gingrich, and he hosted the GOP presidential frontrunner for a notably tough interview on Tuesday. On Friday, he appeared on the Fox Business show “Freedom Watch” and hammered Gingrich even more.
Calling him “the only candidate I cannot vote for,” Beck dubbed Gingrich’s support for Theodore Roosevelt “ridiculous,” and said that he had issued a “challenge” to any Tea Party supporters of the former House Speaker.
“You read this guy’s record,” he said. “You read his words…see what he believes. This man is a progressive. He knows he’s a progressive. He doesn’t have a problem with being a progressive. So if you’ve got a big government progressive [in Gingrich] or a big government progressive in Obama, one in Newt Gingrich, one in Obama, ask yourself this Tea Party. Is it about Obama’s race? Because that’s what it appears to be to me. If you’re against him but you’re for this guy, it must be about race.”
Beck’s comments were made on the Fox Business Channel show hosted by Judge Andrew Napolitano, who took his trip over the shark some time ago when he outed himself as a 9/11 Troofer and a believer in the idiotic Building 7 conspiracy theories.
Taking $37 million from health care lobbyists to push for the individual mandate to purchase health care. Can you say … ObamaCare? Newt was for it before he was against it.
Gary Jackson from A Time For Choosing lists several reasons why Gingrich is anything but conservative. This one stands out, especially if you are a talk radio listener:
Conservatives remember the so-called “Fairness Doctrine” and how it stifled Freedom of Speech for decades. Created by extremists, the left wing democrats who controlled Congress back in 1949, the “Fairness Doctrine” put severe limits on Free Speech, by requiring stations managers to air opposing view points on “controversial issues.”
Now this may sound reasonable to some, but in practice, it was a direct assault on Free Speech. You see, station owners are businessmen. They are in business to make money. These rules made it impossible for them to do this.
Back then, just as today, few will sit and listen to the “progressive” point of view for long. There are few successful left wing talk show hosts in the U.S. On the other hand, Conservative talk is a thriving business, with $100s of millions paid out to the many stars who give good talk. Even in the bluest of blue states, Conservative talk radio makes money while liberal talkers end up bankrupting stations.
When the “Fairness Doctrine” was in effect, station owners simply took the path of least resistance, and played music, forgoing political talk altogether.
There was one exception to the “Fairness Doctrine”: The News. This was fine for the left, because the news is always presented from their point of view anyway. Liberals got around the rule on the Sunday morning shows by having a handful of liberals, some to the left of Stalin, and the one token “conservative” who was only on the show because he or she had spent a life time ripping on actual Conservatives! This is a practice that still goes on today.
The Supreme Court ruled the Federal Communications Commission had “limited powers of enforcement” concerning this rule, but was under no obligation whatsoever to actually enforce it.
Enter Ronald Reagan.
In his second term Reagan wrote an Executive Order directing the FCC to stop enforcing the “Fairness Doctrine.” Of course, we know an Executive Order is only good until another president rescinds it, or Congress passes legislation overriding it.
This is where Newt comes in.
Before the ink was dry on Reagan’s order, Newt and his fellow anti-First Amendment “progressives” created legislation reinstating the “Fairness Doctrine” with actually legislation, rather that just an FCC rule.
This legislation passed both the House and the Senate and was sent to Reagan’s desk, where he promptly vetoed it.
That’s right. Mister Newt, who became Speaker of the House primarily because of talk radio in general and Rush Limbaugh in particular, never would have had that chance if his efforts to restore the (Un)Fairness Doctrine had succeeded. Same efforts that were thwarted in the 111th Congress.
No wonder Gingrich felt so comfortable canoodling on that couch with Bela Pelosi. In addition to pushing the hoax known as global warming, both were supporters of stifling free speech on the radio in the name of “fairness.”
Also, if Gingrich’s efforts had been successful, there would have been no Rush Limbaugh. No Mark Levin. No Michael Savage. No Charlie Sykes. No Mark Belling. No Jay Weber. No Vicki McKenna.
Let that be said: At no point will I ever claim that Newt Gingrich is a principled conservative. In fact, Gingrich is more like a chameleon than a newt, changing colors to blend in with whatever his environment happens to be at that moment. I think he’s more of a Rockefeller Republican, since he’s publicly claimed the best President in U.S. History is Franklin D. Roosevelt. Both Roosevelts — Teddy and FDR — were big government progressives, and it’s hard to find concrete evidence that Gingrich as President would be a principled advocate of smaller, limited government. He seems to think, like his fellow progressives, that every problem needs a government solution.
That said, Beck’s claim that Gingrich is just as bad as Obama is absurd. For example, if he had been Speaker of the House, would Obama have pushed the congressional reforms achieved in the Contract With America? No. Would Obama have worked with President Clinton to reform welfare? Hell no, since one of the moves in the first half of the Obama regime was to essentially undo the Clinton-Gingrich welfare reforms. Would Obama have worked with Clinton to move toward a balanced budget? Again, hell no. Can you say $1.5 trillion deficits as far as the eye can see?
It’s an illogical as those who say there is no difference between Mitt Romney and Obama. Yes, it’s no secret that I am not very enthralled about those being our choices to replace Teh Won. In fact, given a choice between Gingrich and Romney, I might support the Mayan apocalypse. Yes, this:
Under no circumstances do I believe either President Romney or President Gingrich will work to reduce the role of the federal government in our lives or reduce spending. But unfortunately this is what the GOP Smart Set has served us, especially when they destroyed the one Reaganesque conservative who could have brought about real change to Washington.
But America cannot afford a second — or a third, or a fourth — Obama term. So, in effect, Anybody But Obama must prevail. And, no, the Roasted Paulnut is not an option either. Once more, for the record, Ron Paul is nuts. Film at eleven. Two of the main groups of supporters of the Roasted Paulnuts are anti-Semites and 9/11 Troofers.
Thank God Andrew Breitbart is on our side. Breitbart, no fan of Beck, to begin with, nails him for his comments, calling Beck a snake and a coward. The Daily Caller has the audio of Breitbart.
Hollywood has a problem, and it’s not just its out-of-control anti-American leftism.
It’s pedophilia.
Recently, three high profile arrests have ripped the cover off a seedy, sick, perverted culture that observers and victims both say has been in existence for decades. Adults using children in the profession as sex toys.
Martin Weiss, a 47-year-old Hollywood manager who represented child actors, was charged in Los Angeles on Dec. 1 with sexually abusing a former client. His accuser, who was under 12 years old during the time of the alleged abuse, reported to authorities that Weiss told him “what they were doing was common practice in the entertainment industry.” Weiss has pleaded not guilty.
On Nov. 21, Fernando Rivas, 59, an award-winning composer for “Sesame Street,” was arraigned on charges of coercing a child “to engage in sexually explicit conduct” in South Carolina. The Juilliard-trained composer was also charged with production and distribution of child pornography.
Registered sex offender Jason James Murphy, 35, worked as a casting agent in Hollywood for years before his past kidnapping and sexual abuse of a boy was revealed by the Los Angeles Times on Nov. 17. Murphy’s credits include placing young actors in kid-friendly fare like “Bad News Bears,” “The School of Rock,” “Cheaper by the Dozen 2” and the forthcoming “Three Stooges.”
Now, some who have been close to the scene or have been victims of the sexual predators running rampant in Hollywood are speaking out One is actor Corey Feldman, himself a victim of sexual abuse as a child:
Feldman, 40, himself a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, unflinchingly warned of the world of pedophiles who are drawn to the entertainment industry last August. “I can tell you that the No. 1 problem in Hollywood was and is and always will be pedophilia,” Feldman told ABC’s Nightline. “That’s the biggest problem for children in this industry… It’s the big secret.”
Another is actress Alison Arngrim, who co-starred with Michael Landon on Little House on the Prairie.
This has been going on for a very long time,” concurs former “Little House on the Prairie” star Alison Arngrim. “It was the gossip back in the ‘80s. People said, ‘Oh yeah, the Coreys, everyone’s had them.’ People talked about it like it was not a big deal.”Arngrim, 49, was referring to Feldman and his co-star in “The Lost Boys,” Corey Haim, who died in March 2010 after years of drug abuse.
“I literally heard that they were ‘passed around,’” Arngrim said. “The word was that they were given drugs and being used for sex. It was awful – these were kids, they weren’t 18 yet. There were all sorts of stories about everyone from their, quote, ‘set guardians’ on down that these two had been sexually abused and were totally being corrupted in every possible way.”
How many more are they that we haven’t heard about?
Of course, you read nothing of this in the state-run media or hear little if any of it on cable or TV news. It’s another open secret. It’s as if pedophilia and ephebophilia get a pass from the cultural elites. Of course, when you have the cultural elites trying to normalize pedophilia ephebophilia as “just another lifestyle choice” by claiming that pedophiles and ephebophiles are “born that way” — where have we heard that before? Hmmmm????? — it isn’t surprising that those same elites will be silent on this scandal.
This might, perhaps, explain why, occasionally, a movie will come out of Hollywood that seems to seek to normalize adult-child sexual relationships — movies like 2008′s “The Reader” or 2004′s “Birth.” To some in Hollywood, child exploitation evidently is normal.
Yet, according to NewsBusters, New York Times reporters and editors can’t be bothered to shine light on this dark trend. They did, however, find space on page A6 of Friday’s edition to report an unconfirmed claim that a Catholic archbishop in Ireland — who died in 1973 — was posthumously accused of child abuse.
That’s right. Al-New York Times, the Dingy Gray Lady, reports an unsubstantiated claim that an archbishop who has been dead for almost 40 years committed child sexual abuse. Any excuse for Catholic bashing and the stereotype that numerous honorable, decent priests and others in the Catholic Church are all closeted pedophiles. Never mind that the man is no longer around to defend himself. It’s OK because it advances the Catholic smears and the Left’s anti-Catholic agenda.
Worth observing: If Jerry Sandusky hadn’t been a football coach and instead had, say, directedChinatown or recorded “Billie Jean,” he’d be celebrated in the circles of the Hollywood elite.
You’d think in trying to rebuild from the Hurricane Katrina disaster, the city of New Orleans would have more important things to concern itself with other than local tour guides trying to earn a living.
But no, you would be wrong.
In order to be a tour guide in New Orleans — a lucrative business in an historic city — one must take a history exam costing $10, a $20 drug test, submit to an FBI background check at a cost of $50 along with submitting proof of citizenship and Social Security information in order to obtain a city-issued license. This must be done every two years at the applicants’ expense.
Now, four local tour guides have filed a lawsuit against the city, claiming that the restrictions imposed on them are a violation of their First Amendment rights to free speech.
“I have a love for the City. I became a tour guide so I could share this love and this information that I have on the city of New Orleans with those that come to visit,” said Canday Kagan, a local tour guide for almost two years now.
However, the New Orleans native says her hobby is being threatened by the City’s tough tour-guide licensing requirements.
“They’ve been around for years and no one has enforced them,” said Kagan.
Right now, tour guides must take a $10 history exam, $20 drug test, $50 FBI criminal background check, and submit proof of citizenship along with Social Security details in order to renew or get a new permit with the city, which must be renewed every two years.
The city of New Orleans says anyone operating as an unlicensed tour guide faces up to a $500 fine and/or five months in jail.
“We went through a police check once a year, no fingerprinting, no drug tests,” said tour guide Jocelyn Cole.
That’s right. If you don’t comply with that mandates of Der State, you can be fined $500 and spent five months in the Crowbar Hotel. All for … speaking without government permission.
The Institute for Justice has taken up the tour guides’ cause. Kagan and Cole appear in a video for the IJ, along with the Institute’s representative Matt Miller:
These tour guides are small business owners conducting walking tours for visitors in the French Quarter as well as other historic areas of New Orleans. Why is the city harassing them? Simple: follow the money. There’s $80 to be made every two years on each tour guide, plus the empowerment that bureaucrats feel when they harass the people who actually pay their salaries. Because we can.
Think about it: in every community, in every state, there are a myriad of rules and regulations, forms to be filled out, permits to be obtained, local politicians with palms to be greased for zoning changes, fees to be paid. All to appease the political ruling class in order to try to earn a living.
The obstacles placed in front of anyone with the desire to start, own and operate a business in what used to be the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave are intimidating. And it’s not for our own protection; it’s for the empowerment and enrichment of the bureaucrats, the Enforcement Arm of the Ruling Class.
The days when TV stations actually signed off for the day and concluded programming. This is arguably one of the best signoffs used. It’s called Flag Evolution and features the U.S. flag at various stages in our nation’s history interspersed with images from various periods of our history.
Reminiscent of the infamous line from Mayor Tom Barrett to Charlie Sykes: “Show me just one name.”
We’ve shown anyone who cares to look multiple names of people who have committed election fraud in Wisconsin — all Democrat, imagine that — yet Wisconsin continues to devolve into something worse than Chicago, where it’s well-known that no election is over until the Bachelor’s Grove precinct reports.
We have State Sen. Lena Taylor (C-Milwaukee) — “C” is for Corruptocrat — and her mother operating a flophouse in Milwaukee with 36 registered voters in a house zoned for eight occupants. According to a Media Trackers exclusive report, Twenty-three of these individuals voted in the hotly contested State Supreme Court election in April. The corrupt Senator and her mother vouched for seven of these individuals in same-day registration scams to vote in the spring election. In total, 11 were same-day registrants. One of those voters was a convicted felon; another a resident of Chicago.
As Gomer Pyle would say: “Surprise, surprise, surprise!”
We have another leftwing group, Wisconsin Jobs Now!, an extension of Citizen Action Wisconsin, exchanging BBQ chicken dinners for votes in the August recall elections. In addition, the Wisconsin Jobs Now! people were in the office of the Milwaukee Election Commission in violation of state law requiring that they remain at least 100 feet away.
We have yet another leftwing group, One Wisconsin Now, active in the recall campaign against Gov. Walker, telling activists that they may sign more than one recall petition and the Government Accountability Board, a collection of Jim Doyle stooges, admitting there is no way to verify all of the signatures collected on the recall petitions. Translated: duplicate signatures will be allowed to stand, as will people signing for more than one person, underage voters signing, people signing other (invalid) names … all to get a do-over from an election the Left and the unionistas lost decisively.
Now, we have a man admitting on camera to WISN-TV (Channel 12) that he has signed as many as 80 recall petitions, justifying his actions that it was OK to cheat as long as it “gets Scott Walker out of there.” The man brought up the tired old discredited claim that “they cheated for Bush” to justify his criminal activity.
And this is what it comes down to: the misguided belief that they wuz robbed in the 2000 presidential election. That somehow the Supreme Court cheated for George W. Bush and appointed him President instead of the real winner, Algore. It explains the Bush Derangement Syndrome that manifested itself in the vile hatred of President Bush during his administration and just plain opposition, that he somehow wasn’t a legitimate President. Never mind that every single Florida recount showed that Bush did win the state; in the warped minds of the Left, Bush stole the election. Kooky, crackpot conspiracy theories about voter suppression (that didn’t happen) was pushed over real voter suppression (the Left’s successful campaign to disenfranchise the U.S. military).
It explains the “count/recount/recount” approach used to steal the gubernatorial election in the state of Washington in 2004 and the U.S. Senate seat in Minnesota in 2008. It explains the George $oro$ backed Secretaries of State project, which brings to mind the quote from Josef Stalin: “It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.”
Can you say … voter fraud? Stories of boxes of unsecured ballots found in trunks of cars and garages. Count. Recount. Recount. Recount. And recount again until enough votes are “found” to put the Democrat in front then find a friendly (read: corrupt) judge to stop the counting and certify the election. It’s done in Third World banana republics and totalitarian states all the time. And since CommunistsMarxiststotalitarians progressives view themselves as entitled to rule, the ends justify the means.
The Left and their unionista allies are acting like a two-year old whose Mommy wouldn’t buy him a sucker while at the grocery store. Pitching a fit. Waaaaaaahhhhhhh! I want a do-over. Call a “Waaaaaaaaaahhhhhmbulance.” There are no do-overs. You wait until the next election, just like we are in 2012 after enduring 2008.
The use of the recall is intended for misconduct in office; not just for a vote that some in the constituency don’t support.
All the recall elections do is disenfranchise my legitimate vote in November 2010.
And, for the record, I support voter suppression. I support suppressing the votes of dead people, illegal aliens, convicted felons, people voting more than once, people voting as people who haven’t voted, people voting as nonexistent people, people voting from addresses that turn out to be vacant lots, college students voting multiple times, cartoon characters, etc.
If you go vote for Candidate B while I have voted for Candidate A, you have not disenfranchised me nor have you cancelled out my vote. We have both participated in the electoral process. However, if a ballot is cast for a dead person, or Jose the illegal alien, or Mickey Mouse for Candidate B, then my legitimate vote for Candidate A has been rendered worthless.
We have students in our gummint-run skoolz that cannot read, write, spell, do math and know virtually nothing about U.S. history. Now the thugs from what William F. Buckley once labeled the National Extortion Association want to bring the Occutard movement to the curriculum of a gummint-runskool indoctrination center near you.
The event is scheduled for Monday. Here’s what the Facebook page said as a description of the event (emphasis mine):
Description
Deviate from the system that’s holding you back from teaching what you want and keeping your students down, occupy your own classroom with great ideas the week of December 5. Then join us at Fight Back Friday Dec. 9th, for our last payday happy hour of the year at the Riverwest Public House, where we’ll share & celebrate. This week there will be trivia from 4-6!
Teach something you have been wanting to teach but haven’t because it doesn’t fit into the CLP/LESA/Tear2 blah blah. It’s your classroom, occupy it with some important and creative lessons! Teach something about current event (RECALL WALKER!), the 99%, teach the truth about Thanksgiving, winter holidays in other cultures, the history of stuff, or DO AN ART PROJECT!
Invite a friend and help us OCCUPY THE CURRICULUM!!!!!!
Disclaimer: Of course, we believe that we should be occupying the curriculum on a weekly, if not daily basis, but for purposes of this event we had to chose a beginning and ending time.
As of tonight, 54 Occutards had signed up to participate. Checking through the list of those accepting the invitation, there were a lot of avatars of the unionista blue fist.
This is obvious propagandizing and brainwashing. The Recall Walker movement? Don’t our gummint-run skoolz have policies about politicking on school time? Can’t dare mention the word Christmas but it’s OK to teach about “winter holidays.” Teaching the truth about Thanksgiving? What truth? The hate spewed by the Left? Want the truth about Thanksgiving? From Rush Limbaugh’s second best-seller, See I Told You So. Go here. Read the whole thing.
In short, the Pilgrims were failing under socialism and only when they implemented capitalism and allowed each member to own property and develop it did they prosper. If they had stayed with socialism, they all would have died. Well, they eventually did but not because of socialism.
Wanna bet that’s not what the Occutard teachers are going to tell their captive audiences?
The jobs of these so-called teachers is to teach, not propagandize and brainwash students with no frame of reference to separate face from fiction and who do not have the freedom to walk out of such propadanda and brainwashing sessions.
Awhile back, I posted the following comment in both my Twitter feed and on my Facebook page:
The teachers’ union thugs who daily assault children’s minds with progressive propaganda and brainwashing are no different than Jerry Sandusky. They simply do to the kids’ minds what he did to their bodies.
The students held captive in these classrooms are held prisoner and assaulted in the same way that the 10 year old boy was held captive in the shower at Penn State and assaulted by Sandusky. To the idiots who claim kids aren’t trapped in a lefty classroom like that 10 year old was trapped in the shower, yes they are. Captive audience. Same thing. They are trapped. No K-12 student is permitted to get up and leave a classroom with a teachers union thug spewing hate and lies.
It’s been going on for decades. The end result? Look no further than the Occutard movement. Just like the Nazis and Commies controlled the children from early on, their ideological allies do the same thing with the children turned over to gummint-runskool indoctrination centers.
Seems the petulant little recall children don’t like having someone say “No” to them. Or remind that it is improper as well as illegal to collect recall signatures or do any politicking on private property.
A little recall tard got in the face of a mother at Gifford Elementary School in Racine, screaming and yelling at the woman and videotaping her daughter after the mother pointed out that she could not be collecting signatures on petitions to recall Gov. Walker on school property.
The circulator used a large sign in her vehicle to draw attention to her position on the school’s sidewalk, close to the doors where children would enter for their school day. As parents lined up outside of the school, the recall supporter set up a video camera next to where she was standing with a recall petition in hand. As the first mother stood in line to drop her child off for class, she asked the recall supporter if she had permission from the school to stand on the sidewalk so close to the doors.
The mother, who wishes to remain an unnamed source out of concern for retaliation against her daughter, said that once she asked the question, the recall supporter started shouting at her and filming her and her daughter. The mother asked that the women stop filming her daughter, but the woman refused to stop. “You do not have permission to film me or my child,” the mother told the recall circulator.
Gifford is part of the Racine Unified School District, which is owned by the taxpayers of the district, not by the Racine Extortion Association or any gummint union. It’s not only improper but also illegal to conduct political activity on school district grounds unless granted permission. A project with which I am involved recently had to ask organizers of both the recall against Gov. Walker and State Sen. Bob Wirch (D-Kenosha) to leave the property because we did not want to give the appearance of endorsing either effort. Also, neither group asked our permission.
Standing on sidewalks is OK; blocking them is not. Last Saturday, a bunch of recall tards set up shop outside of the Social Security office on Durand Avenue in Racine — without permission, since the office is closed on Saturday — and managed to block the sidewalk in order to collect signatures. Coming out of the parking lot of O & H Bakery and Danish Uncle Marketplace, located next door, I made sure to tell the recall tards they were No. 1. You guess which finger.
This is the scary part: the recall tard insisted on videotaping the child. Even after the mother asked her to stop, she continued to do so. Why would any adult take pictures of or videotape a child he/she does not know? If not for the purpose of a vendetta against the child and family or for the purposes of intimidation, then why?
And don’t put it past these people to exact revenge on children, since it’s really not about the children, no matter how much they claim it is. As I noted in my Twitter feed, union thug school teachers do to kids’ minds what Jerry Sandusky did to their bodies: violate them on a regular basis.
For the record, Jeff Weiss, assistant superintender of RUSD told Media Trackers:
The District policy is to stay neutral regarding all political activities. We respect the First Amendment rights of our staff and the community. However, we prohibit any activities that interfere with the operation of the schools. Therefore, we do not allow the collection of Recall signatures on school grounds.
And the unionistas and their supporters have poisoned the political atmosphere in this state for a generation. This won’t die down any time soon, especially after Wisconsin goes red in the 2012 presidential election for the first time since Ronald Reagan was on the ballot.
To the spammer/stalker from Atlanta who keeps trying to post irrelevant items re: light rail in a thread designed for World War II and Pearl Harbor, I know who you are. Your IP addresses correspond to 67.191.159.115 and 75.144.44.9. You’ve been traced.
I am going to call you out, little girlie boy. You are a coward. You’ve been stalking me personally since 2004, when your Yahoo ID was hsradvocate2000. You were repeatedly banned from Yahoo only to invent one new screen name after another. You are in need of psychological help.
How do I know that? Because it turns out you have quite an obsession with me. You have done a great deal of research into who I am. Somehow, you have managed to learn my real identity, even though it is not available through this blog. You’ve made inquiries into two community projects in which I am involved which are not connected to the blog or politics at all and could not learned without highly questionable invasion of privacy.
You’re tried to post in the comments thread not only my personal identity, but also my address and phone number (again, neither of which are available to the general public) as well as other extremely personal information which you’ve managed to stumble upon. Again, not legally. So obviously you have some inside help. You know far more about the intimate details of my life than people who are close to me that I know offline know.
That is frightening. And dangerous. And one reason I purchased two handguns.
You are the textbook definition of a stalker. All because over seven years ago, I did not want to have a conversation with you. I see few of your pathetic postings. Happen to see the one today. They are all set to be blocked by my spam filter so all I see is an IP address. Nothing more. But I know it’s you.
And I know you must have a really pathetic miserable little lefty life, to stalk a private citizen in another state over a period in excess of seven years, all because that person did not want to have a conversation with you.
Take a look in the mirror and ask yourself if all of this is worth the likelihood that one day you will get a knock on the door and it will be the feds wanting to have a little chat with you about your activities.
Give it up. Seriously. Go find a hobby, an activity, a life.
